Holy crap I love randomly finding the origins to old hip-hop samples. This Millie Jackson piece was used in “For Doz that Slept” on the Black Sheep album A Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing. I guess I never tried too hard, or at all, to look up all the samples they used because sure as shit there are a bunch listed on Wikipedia. Anyway this is a beautiful work of art in its own right.

A Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing is one of my all time favorite records.
